homeless story on TV tonight...

channel 2 is doing a story on homelessness at 11PM tonight. i was interviewed this afternoon for the work that i'm doing on my drive-bys blog.

wow...was i ever nervous being on that side of the camera. now i truly know how my clients feel. hopefully i made the cut. so, if you happen to be up at that time and are able to tune in....give me a shout and lemme know how i did.

my fingers are crossed that nothing was hanging out of my teeth or nose :) i don't even remember what i said. ugh...my nerves.

We have the DVR set just in case we hit the hay a little early. Nice work! How did they come across your blog?

It was an excellent piece. I've always been concerned/interested in people in homeless situations, so it touched my heart. Keep on with your mission! Happy Holidays!

Just remember all of us devoted fans when you go bigtime after this exposure...we still get the "friends and family" rates right?? :)

Great piece...hopefully the city of Baltimore will wake up and realize they really need to do something about the homeless.

There is one person I would see when I would walk to Amanda's work each afternoon. It was right along Lombard just before Light Street...there is this little alley. There would be this man/woman in a wheelchair all the way up the top of the alley covered in blankets. Just like you said...would be interesting to hear their story.
